WHAT IT IS?<\/span><\/h3>
In 2026, we will offer a unique support for TWO Belgian freestyle dancers. The grant will mainly support training and travel costs for one year. We want to offer a one-time opportunity to street dancers who NEED support to be able to develop themselves and their art ; who are looking for gaining more experience and knowledge ; who want to participate to international events with the objective to grow and challenge themselves and represent Belgium internationally.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/section>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

WHAT DO WE OFFER?<\/span><\/h3>
The scholarship value is more than 3.500 \u20ac per dancer.<\/p>
We will be giving these dancers a boost by allowing them to follow high quality workshops, camps, battles ; to receive professional guidance from Freestyle Lab team ; and to enjoy a grant of \u20ac1500 to develop your talents and skills, travel abroad to events, and meet your artistic goals.<\/p>

In addition to this support, the two selected talents will receive an individual follow-up including personal advice, professional courses and a concrete artistic career plan\/timeline, according to their artistic goals and ambitions.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/section>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

<\/h2>
VOORWAARDEN<\/span><\/h3>
Age: between 14 and 35 years old<\/li>
Be based in Belgium (an official street address in Belgium is necessary)<\/li>
Practice one of those styles : hip hop, house dance, krumping, popping, locking, or waacking.<\/li>
NO dance training or whatever diploma is required.<\/li>
Dance level must be above intermediary. Some knowledge and foundations in your style must be already acquired (even if not on a pro level) ; some experience in battles is a must.<\/li>
We will appreciate your sharing on social media and help on promoting this. When there is an audition, we must be united and spread it for the community. Tag us, repost, likes, comments ,\u2026 are all a must.<\/li>
Your motivation, personal vision and goals - how you want to achieve them are an important criterion of selection. We are looking for dancers who have high ambitions to represent Belgium internationally and make our culture live.<\/li><\/ul>

From 15 January to 25 January, we might organise individual phone call with the pre-selected dancers to discuss personal goals & motivations, availabilities, etc.<\/span><\/p>
Final selection of 2 dancers by 01 February 2026.<\/span><\/p>
